We want to invite you to learn more about our circle.....and the benefits of joining the circle.
Radiant Hearts Circle is structured so that you can do your own deeper work in the supportive arms of a guided and sacred circle. And while personal stories aren't really shared much, group members feel connected with each other. We regard this as a confidential space.
We meet (almost) every Tuesday for about an hour, often we spend an hour + 15-20 minutes:
6:30 pm EDT / 5:30 CST / 4:30 MT / 3:30 PT
Here's the outline I've created to follow each month in addition to relevant Moon and seasonal energies that we can intentionally bring in and be aware of:
Week 1 is an Energy Balancing Tune Up where the focus is on breathing to strengthen the vagus nerve and deepen the parasympathetic response, and on Energy Medicine/Psych exercises to balance nervous system functioning, neurochemical production, increase heart rate variability...practice resetting your nervous system with the group.
Weeks 2 - 4 will focus on Reversing Negative Beliefs/Behavior Patterns and on releasing the charge from troubling dynamics facing you now.
Week 5 is a Sacred Pause for us. While we are not meeting this week in real time and space, I invite you to think of the energetic connection that our Circle carries at all times. (Remember, MEMBERS –
